What a great book! If you are a boss who wants to do a great work this book is just for you. It’s really hard to list how many accurate hints about being a good boss it covers. When I was reading the book I had one general impression – I wished I had read the book before I was promoted at the first time. What I should say… No, it wasn’t a good book. Pathologically repetitive. In each chapter I had the same impression – to be the best in something you have to be persistent, committed, focused and be ready for making sacrifices.
